How long we keep information
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
General enquiries and prospective-client information are normally retained for up to two years after the last meaningful contact.
Expert profiles, CVs and related correspondence are reviewed periodically and normally retained for up to two years after the last meaningful contact, unless the expert asks us to delete them sooner or continued retention is agreed.
Client engagement, contractual and complaint records may normally be retained for up to six years after the relevant engagement or relationship ends.
Financial and tax records are retained for the period required by applicable law.
Marketing contact information is retained until the person opts out or it is no longer reasonably required.

Microsoft provides InfraSelect’s business email, Microsoft Forms and cloud document storage. Squarespace hosts and operates the InfraSelect website and processes information submitted through its website enquiry functionality.
